新規創薬コンセプト創出、新規創薬技術確立のためのアカデミア、バイオテック企業等との共同研究・オープンイノベーション活動の企画・推進
新規モダリティを活用した研究テーマの探索、技術評価およびプロジェクト創出
創薬プロジェクトの立ち上げから非臨床PoC取得までの研究推進および意思決定の主導
クロスファンクショナルチームのマネジメントおよび研究員の育成

創薬プロジェクトの立ち上げまたは推進経験
プロジェクトチームのリーダー経験
英語による研究ディスカッションおよび対外コミュニケーション能力
企業にて1年以上の組織マネジメント経験（人材育成・評価を含む）
【歓迎（WANT）】
Protein Degrader、Molecular Glue、RNA創薬等の新規モダリティ研究経験
オープンイノベーションまたは技術導入評価経験
外部研究機関、アカデミア、企業との共同研究推進経験
学会発表や査読付き論文の執筆実績
グローバルプロジェクトでのリーディング経験
