法務部長相当業務のみならず、グローバルに広がるグループ全体の法務機能を統括する立場で、法務組織の設計、人材育成も担う。
・契約書の審査、起案（売買契約、工事請負契約、業務委託契約等。日英50:50）
・M A、ビジネス案件の法務担当
・新規ビジネス推進支援
・民法、会社法、業法等法令対応、コンプライアンス領域（と安全保障貿易管理含む）
・訴訟・不祥事への案件対応
