職務内容
- 日本拠点における採用の全プロセスを担当（要件定義〜オファーまで）
- 採用戦略の立案およびダイレクトソーシングの実施
- 採用チャネル（エージェント、SNS、リファラル等）の最適化
- ステークホルダー（採用マネージャー、APAC・グローバルHR）との連携
- 採用プロセスの改善および候補者体験の向上
- 採用KPI・データ分析、レポーティング
- オンボーディングおよび関連プロジェクトのサポート

- 想定年収：約900万円前後＋賞与・インセンティブ
