外資系総合コンサルティングファームのHR Transformation領域において、ディレクターとしてビジネス成長を牽引いただきます。

本ポジションでは、大手企業の経営層・人事役員に対する戦略提案、新規案件創出、主要クライアントとの関係構築を担っていただきます。

HR戦略、人事Operating Model変革、HRテクノロジー導入、AI活用など幅広いテーマにおいて、クライアントの経営課題解決を支援します。

また、HR Transformation Practiceの成長戦略、チーム拡大、人材育成にも関与し、ビジネスリーダーとして組織発展に貢献いただきます。

Join a leading global consulting firm as an HR Transformation Manager / Senior Manager and lead large-scale HR transformation, digital HR, and organizational change programmes for some of the world's leading organizations. Working closely with executive stakeholders, you will help clients transform their HR operating models, optimize business processes, implement leading HR technologies, and deliver sustainable organizational change.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced consulting professional to lead high-impact transformation engagements across strategy, operations, technology, and AI while collaborating with global teams in a highly international environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements to define HR transformation strategies, target operating models, and enterprise transformation roadmaps.
  • Assess, redesign, and optimize HR organizations, including HR Business Partner (HRBP), Centre of Excellence (CoE), and Shared Services operating models.
  • Design and transform end-to-end HR processes across the Hire-to-Retire employee lifecycle.
  • Lead HR technology transformation programmes, including solution selection, implementation, integration, and optimization.
  • Facilitate executive workshops, manage senior stakeholders, and drive organizational change and business adoption initiatives.
  • Develop key transformation deliverables, including operating model blueprints, process documentation, implementation plans, and business cases.
  • Manage complex transformation workstreams while coaching junior consultants and collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Support clients in leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies to modernize HR functions and improve business performance.

Required Skills and QualificationsExperience:
  • 6+ years of experience in HR Transformation, HR Consulting, or strategic HR initiatives within a consulting firm or corporate environment.
  • Proven experience designing HR operating models and HR service delivery frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex HR transformation programmes or managing multiple large-scale workstreams.
  • Experience working within multinational, cross-functional, or global project environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to simplify complex business challenges into practical and actionable recommendations.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and executive relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in client-facing environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on measurable business value and transformation outcomes.
  • Comfortable leading teams and projects within fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving consulting environments.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience leading payroll, workforce management, or time management transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, or similar HR technology platforms.
  • Experience delivering HR Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) transformation programmes.
  • Expertise in change management, organizational transformation, and business readiness initiatives.
  • Experience applying AI, automation, analytics, or digital HR solutions within enterprise HR functions.
  • Knowledge of people analytics, workforce planning, talent management, or skills transformation programmes.
