職務内容
- 日本拠点における採用ニーズの把握および対応
- 事業部門のパートナーとして採用戦略の立案・実行
- 営業職および重要ポジションを中心とした採用業務のリード
- ダイレクトソーシング、スカウト、ヘッドハンティングの実施
- エージェントマネジメントおよび採用プロセスの最適化
- 候補者体験の向上（母集団形成〜内定まで）
- 入社オンボーディングやHRオペレーションのサポート
- APACのHRチームとの連携による施策推進
