本ポジションは、日本および韓国を中心に、入退社から給与・福利厚生まで人事オペレーション全体を担う中核的役割です。APACのHRBPや各機能と連携し、コンプライアンスと従業員体験の双方を高水準で実現します。

職務内容
- 日本・韓国を中心としたHR関連の問い合わせの一次窓口
- 入社、異動、休職、退職までの従業員ライフサイクル全体の運用管理
- 月次給与プロセスのサポート
- 日本の労働法例・規制遵守、また福利厚生の管理
- HRシステムでのデータ管理と正確性担保

- 東京23区内勤務
- 各種保険完備
- ハイブリッド勤務（週2〜3日在宅可）
