1. Tencent Cloudのお客様の入会手続き、アカウント申請および権限開通業務を支援する。
2. お客様の日常的な問い合わせ対応を行い、フィードバックの整理・集約を行う。
3. お客様訪問の手配を支援し、事前にニーズを確認し、スケジュールを調整する。
4. 販売契約書の初稿を作成し、契約審査プロセスに協力し、見積書を算出する。
5. 収益データの報告を完了し、入金回収の全プロセスを追跡する（照合、請求、会計調整、検収などの段階を含む）。
6. 割引やクーポンの申請管理、ならびにチャネル手数料の算出・申告業務を担当する。
7. その他の販売補助業務および関連情報の収集・整理を支援する。
