インド・チェンナイ近郊（スリシティ／チェンナイ市内より約1時間）
■勤務条件
勤務日：月曜日～土曜日
勤務時間：8:00～17:00
※日本人社員は月1回程度土曜日休み
■業務内容
インド法人における工場長候補として、工場運営全般をご担当いただきます。
生産現場のマネジメント（約160名規模：正社員・ワーカー含む）
安全管理全般の統括
5S活動の推進・徹底
工場全体の業務改善および生産性向上施策の推進
■組織構成
以下4部門に分かれ構成
プロダクション
金型
メンテナンス
品質保証（QA）
各部門にマネージャーが在籍
日本人駐在員が統括
本ポジションは現場トップ（工場長候補）として全体をマネジメント
■応募要件
◎必須条件
鋳造業における工場長経験
英語力（業務上のコミュニケーションが可能な上級レベル）
高いコミュニケーション能力を有する方
◎歓迎条件
ダイキャスト領域での実務経験
■給与
年収：600万円～800万円
■福利厚生
VISA・FRRO取得関連費用支給
赴任時航空券支給
一時宿泊費支給（最大2週間程度）
通勤用車両・送迎あり
年1回 日本への往復航空券支給（入社翌年以降）
