POSITION TITLE Safety Technician
POSITION SUMMARY
In this position, you will support daily safety operations within semiconductor and cleanroom construction environments by conducting inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting with safety programs to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct daily safety inspections across semiconductor and cleanroom work areas
Monitor and enforce PPE compliance among employees and subcontractors
Support incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective action tracking
Maintain and update safety documentation and inspection records
Assist with safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training sessions
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and cleanroom safety requirements
Identify and report unsafe conditions and potential hazards
Collaborate with site teams and subcontractors to resolve safety issues
Participate in emergency response drills and site readiness activities
Support audits, safety walk-downs, and continuous improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
OSHA 30 certification (Construction or General Industry)
Experience in cleanroom or semiconductor environments
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety principles
Ability to conduct inspections and communicate findings clearly
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or industrial construction
Familiarity with JHA/JSA, LOTO, chemical safety, and PPE standards
Experience supporting safety training or orientations
LOCATION Phoenix, Arizona
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time
WORK SCHEDULE 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
SALARY USD55,000-70,000
