職務概要 このポジションでは、主要顧客向けの出荷業務の一元管理を担い、配送スケジュールの最適化や拠点間輸送コストの削減を通じて物流効率の向上を推進していただきます。また、日々の物流および倉庫業務のサポートも行い、出荷オペレーション全体の円滑な運営に貢献していただきます。
職務内容
顧客出荷の一元管理および配送計画の最適化
LTLおよび各種貨物の出荷手配・書類作成
国内外の輸送手配およびスケジュール管理
在庫管理およびERPシステムの運用
出荷トラブル対応および原因解決
顧客・営業・サプライヤーとの調整業務
倉庫内作業（梱包、資材管理など）のサポート
出荷関連書類の管理および事務対応
安全基準の遵守および作業環境の維持
応募資格
高校卒業以上（準学士号またはそれ以上の学位を有する方は尚可)
基本的なPCスキル（メール対応含む)
正確性と注意力の高い方
重いものを持ち運びする作業に抵抗のない方
チームワークを重視できる方
歓迎要件
倉庫・物流関連業務の経験
出荷・梱包・入出庫業務経験
ERPシステム使用経験歓迎
勤務地 イリノイ州ウッドデール
勤務時間 月曜日―金曜日 8:30―17:00（休憩1時間）
給与 USD34,000-52,000
