Job Description
Loan Syndication & Distribution Associate
We are seeking a Loan Syndication & Distribution Associate to join our Origination-to-Distribution team in London.
Essential Requirement:
Minimum 2 years' of relevant experience within a banking environment (applications without any bank syndication experience will not be considered).
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and distribute syndicated loan transactions.
Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and borrowers.
Support portfolio management, market analysis, and reporting.
Coordinate transaction execution, documentation, allocations, and settlements.
Work closely with internal teams, legal counsel, and external counterparties.
Requirements:
Experience in loan syndication, distribution, and/or loan agency.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
Experience with Japanese and international financial institutions.
Knowledge of syndicated loan documentation and loan markets.
