Company Overview: One of the leading Japanese MNC that specializes in in high-precision dispensing systems.
Job Overview: The role will ensure smooth installation, operation, and customer support of dispensing systems, as well as strengthen distributor training and customer engagement as business expands.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct technical training and education for local distributors to ensure proper product understanding and usage.
Perform testing operations using equipment in an internal lab environment, including validation of applications and process optimization.
Support installation and commissioning of equipment at customer factories across India, ensuring successful startup and handover.
Handle troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of systems at customer sites.
Work closely with sales, distributors, and customers to provide technical consultation and application support.
Prepare technical reports and provide feedback to headquarters for continuous product improvement.
Job Requirements:
Engineering graduate (Mechanical / Electrical or related field) with 3 - 10 years of experience working providing technical support, testing, maintenance, installation, commissioning for high-precision dispensing systems preferably from manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, or dispensing systems.
Must have strong experience in facing customers, understanding their challenges and providing solution.
Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies
Good problem-solving skills and hands-on technical capability
Effective communication skills in English
Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
Must be flexible for travelling within India and potentially overseas for training.
