業務内容：
インド現地工場における品質管理体制の構築・運営ならびに品質改善活動の推進
自動車向け樹脂部品の品質保証業務（不良解析、再発防止策立案、顧客対応）
製造工程の管理・改善を通じた生産性向上および品質安定化の推進
現地スタッフの教育・指導を行い、品質管理および製造管理レベルの向上を実現
顧客監査・品質監査への対応ならびに日本本社との連携による品質課題の解決
必須スキル：
管理職としてのマネジメント経験
樹脂成型品の品質管理のご経験
日常会話レベルの英語力
歓迎スキル：
射出成形事業の経験
インドでの勤務経験
