HR/GA Manager
We are looking for an experienced HR/GA Manager to lead HR and administrative functions while coaching and elevating a growing HR/GA team. This role works closely with Japanese HQ and regional HR partners to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR operations, recruitment, and performance management
Oversee labor law compliance, payroll, and employee relations
Drive team development through hands-on coaching
Manage GA functions (facilities, safety, admin)
Collaborate with Japan HQ & ASEAN HR stakeholders
Qualifications:
8+ years HR experience (3+ years in management)
Background in manufacturing & Japanese companies
Strong knowledge of Thai labor law & compliance
Proven team leadership and coaching ability
English (business level) | Japanese is a plus
