Job responsibilities:

Lead the Controlling function and ensure strong financial discipline across the factory.

Key responsibilities:

• Costing

  • Own product costing and ensure accuracy

  • Lead month-end closing for costing

  • Share insights and results in monthly meetings

• Fixed Assets

  • Manage investment plans and asset lifecycle

  • Oversee fixed asset transactions and controls

  • Handle spare parts control effectively

• Expense Control

  • Review and validate factory-related accounting documents

  • Ensure spending aligns with budget and highlight risks early

• Audit & Compliance

  • Work closely with external auditors for quarterly and year-end closing

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, Revenue Department, and BOI regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (MBA is a plus) 

• At least 5 years of solid accounting experience, especially in costing 

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and BOI 

• Experience with SAP and good command of MS Office 

• A strong leader who can motivate the team and drive results 

• Open-minded, hands-on, and able to work cross-functionally 

• Good English communication skills (business level)
