Job Description
Lead preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Conduct financial KPI analysis and monitor overall plant performance.
Track, analyze, and report key KPIs: Return on Sales (ROS), Return on Capital Employed (ROCE), Inventory Stock Days, Cost Saving Ratio, Operating Net Cash Flow and PCQ (Labor Cost per Sales).
Manage cost planning, cost‑control processes, and cost‑center reporting.
Develop and oversee annual budgeting and long‑term financial planning.
Supervise SAP (Controlling Module), month‑end closing, and GAAP/IFRS compliance
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
8–10 years in cost control, management accounting, or financial management, with 3–5 years in leadership.
Strong command of English and Thai (spoken and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (Controlling Module).
