Job Description
Responsibilities
Plan and control production to meet targets in quality, cost, and delivery (QCD)
Manage manpower, machinery, and production resources to maximize efficiency
Improve production processes to reduce waste, increase productivity, and lower costs
Monitor and analyze production KPIs, and develop corrective actions
Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain departments to support production
Promote Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activitie
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
Experience in the automotive parts industry will be an advantage
Knowledge of Lean, TPM, Kaizen, and productivity improvement
