Achieve sales targets and grow business with existing and new customers.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare quotations and costing sheets to ensure profitability.
Visit customers regularly, handle inquiries, and present company products and services.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.
Coordinate and support overseas customers and suppliers during their visits to Malaysia.
Monitor customer credit limits and ensure timely payment collection.
Manage customer forecasts and inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock and warehousing costs.
Resolve customer issues and provide timely support.
Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, aging reports, and other required documentation on time.
Job Requirements:
Min 1 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates also welcomed to apply.
Work independently with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
