Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:-
Support the implementation and enhancement of Shariah & Operational Risk Management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Monitor, assess, and report Shariah and Operational Risk exposures, trends, and key risk indicators.
Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to mitigate risk events and strengthen controls.
Facilitate risk awareness and training programs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Support stress testing initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experienced risk professional with 5 years’ exposure in Shariah Risk, Operational Risk, or risk management within the banking sector.
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree and a good understanding of Islamic banking, Shariah governance, and risk management practices.
Professional certifications such as Islamic Finance qualifications /or Bank Risk Management (BRM) certification is a must
