１．海上輸送オペレーション管理業務
海上輸出入業務全般の管理・モニタリング
オペレーション進捗管理および納期管理
社内関係部署との調整
業務フロー改善および標準化推進
KPI・実績管理およびレポート作成
２．顧客対応
日系顧客からの問い合わせ対応
見積依頼への対応および社内調整
日本、シンガポールを含む海外関係者との連携
定例レビュー会議への参加
重要顧客へのフォローアップ
