A global electronics manufacturing and supply chain solutions provider is looking for an Associate Payroll & HR Services to be part of their expanding team in Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities
Handling of employees’ master data and time management for Japan
To ensure of Employees’ Personnel Master and Time related data are updated accurately for
payroll processing
To generate and process weekly, monthly, ad-hoc Employees Master data and Time
management related reports
To assist department coordinator/recruiter/Site HR with day to day Employees Master data
& Time management related responsibility
To ensure filing system accurately for audit compliance
Perform system testing for system configuration change, upgrade or legal change
Job Requirements
1)For new graduates
Able to communicate and write in Japanese is required as the applicants will deal for Japan's
stakeholders or employees
Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work in a manner that allows for timely completion of projects.
Ability to manage sensitive employee information in a confidential manner.
Knowledge of computer applications and the ability to accurately perform tasks in some or
all of the following applications: Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
2)For experienced individuals
Significant knowledge of government legislation impacting the practice of human resources
management.
Significant knowledge of company HR policies and practices, labor movement, arbitration
proceedings.
Proficient in SAP is an added advantage.
