Accounting Manager 会計マネージャー - AI | Remote Japan (Up to 20m salary, Flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Support Japanese GAAP-based accounting operations
- Conduct monthly budget vs. actual analysis
- Assist with tax and audit processes
- Support U.S. accounting requirements for market expansion


Qualifications:


- Experience in Japanese GAAP-based accounting
- Native-level Japanese communication skills
- Business-level English communication skills
- Experience in monthly and annual closing processes
- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with remote work tools is preferred but not mandatory
