- 代理店への営業サポート（提案支援・契約手続きのフォロー）
- お客様・代理店からの各種手続き・サービスに関するお問い合わせ対応
- 業務効率化やオペレーション改善の企画・推進
- 新規業務や業務改善プロジェクトへの参画
