Design and planning of electrical and mechanical equipment for offshore wind power
Procurement planning (supplier search, requesting quotations, etc.)
On-site equipment installation planning (site construction plans, etc.)
Remote working is permitted for up to 8 days per month. (For the first two months following recruitment, you will be required to work on-site full-time to familiarise yourself with the workplace.)
There may be short-term business trips of less than one week to construction sites or other locations.

At least two years’ experience in the design of electrical installations in either civil engineering and construction, plant engineering or mechanical equipment is required.
Certified Electrical Construction Manager (Grade 1 or 2) or Chief Electrical Engineer (Class 3 or higher)
AutoCAD (intermediate level)
At least two years’ experience in the design of electrical installations in either civil engineering and construction, plant engineering, or mechanical equipment
Ability to treat documents using MICROSOFT WORD, EXCEL, PPT, etc.
Business-level English proficiency (approximately TOEIC 700)
Business-level Japanese proficiency (N2 or more)
Qualifications
Certified Electrical Construction Manager (Grade 1 or 2) or Chief Electrical Engineer (Class 3 or higher)
AutoCAD (intermediate level)
- Ability to use the necessary tools appropriately
- Ability to acquire knowledge of any tools and skills
- Extensive practical experience and the ability to carry out work whilst understanding the designer’s intentions
