本ポジションでは、自動車金融および法人向けファイナンス事業における与信判断・ポートフォリオ管理・リスク分析を通じて、事業の健全な成長を支える役割を担っていただきます。

また、リスクポリシーや与信基準の改善、経営層およびグローバル本社へのレポーティング、ならびに組織内のリスク管理体制強化にも関与します。

• 日本法人のクレジットリスクを中心とした金融・非金融リスク領域の統括および管理業務
• 商業ディーラーネットワークに対する与信判断支援、財務分析、ポートフォリオ管理（バランスシート分析含む）
• リスクポリシー、与信基準、業務プロセスのレビューおよび改善提案・更新
• ポートフォリオリスクの評価およびリスク指標・レポートの作成、経営層およびグローバル本社への報告
• リスク管理体制の強化および、組織内におけるリスク意識向上・トレーニングの推進

An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Head of Risk Management to lead the risk function for a leading European financial services organisation in Tokyo. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee enterprise-wide financial and non-financial risk with a strong focus on credit risk, supporting wholesale portfolio financing, commercial credit programmes, and asset-backed B2B leasing. This position offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making while working closely with executive leadership and global headquarters.

• Lead and oversee the organisation's financial and non-financial risk management framework, with primary responsibility for credit risk.
• Manage complex credit approvals, financial statement analysis, balance sheet reviews, and commercial credit assessments across a multi-billion JPY portfolio.
• Develop, review, and enhance local risk policies, underwriting standards, governance frameworks, and operational procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor portfolio performance, analyse risk metrics, and prepare executive reports for local leadership and European headquarters.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify emerging risks, strengthen risk controls, and support sustainable business growth.
• Foster a strong risk management culture by mentoring team members, providing technical guidance, and promoting best practices across the organisation.

必須条件経験・資格：

• 金融業界（できれば銀行）におけるクレジットリスク管理の実務経験5年以上
• 以下いずれかの分野における経験：非与信リスク管理、法務・コンプライアンス、事業継続管理（BCM）、内部監査
• チームマネジメントまたはメンバー育成やコーチングの経験

• 主体的に課題を捉え、必要に応じて自ら手を動かして業務を推進する姿勢
• 関係者と円滑な信頼関係を構築できるコミュニケーション能力
• リーダーシップ

• 日本語：流暢〜ネイティブレベル（国内ディーラーとのやりとりあり）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（欧州本社との連携あり）

• 自動車金融、リース、またはアセットファイナンス領域における与信・リスク管理経験
• クレジットリスクモデル、スコアリング、またはポートフォリオ分析に関する知識・経験
• リスクポリシーや与信基準の策定・改善に携わった経験
• 外資系企業において、海外本社と協働した経験

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 6 years of experience in credit risk management within banking, financial services, or commercial finance.
• Strong experience in wholesale lending, commercial credit analysis, portfolio risk management, or asset-backed financing.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: operational risk, non-credit risk, legal compliance, business continuity management, or internal audit.
• Proven experience developing risk policies, underwriting standards, and governance frameworks.
• Previous leadership or team management experience with the ability to coach and develop professionals.
• Experience working within multinational financial institutions is highly desirable.
