職務内容
- 製造業向けアプリケーションの設計・開発リード（Java）
- 技術選定、アーキテクチャ設計、コードレビューの実施
- 開発チームのマネジメントおよびメンバー育成
- 顧客（日本企業）との要件定義・仕様調整・進捗報告
- 品質・納期・リスク管理を含むプロジェクト推進
- ステークホルダーと連携した改善提案・最適化
