戦略・業務・IT領域におけるコンサルティング業務に、未経験から挑戦できるポジションです。研修・OJTを通じて基礎からスキルを習得し、大手企業の課題解決を支援します。

職務内容
- DX推進（AI・IoT等を活用した業務改革の企画・実行支援）
- IT戦略策定、ITガバナンス強化、業務改革支援
- PMOとしてのプロジェクトマネジメント支援
- 新規事業の戦略立案および実行支援
- 業務プロセス改善およびシステム導入支援
※1プロジェクトの平均参画期間は約1年です。
※原則クライアント先勤務（プロジェクトによりリモート併用あり）
条件・待遇
- 年収：450万円〜1000万円
- フルフレックスタイム制度（コアタイムなし）
- 完全週休2日制（土日祝）
- 平均残業時間：約26時間/月
