本ポジションは、GenAIソリューションの設計・開発・実装を担いながら、少人数のAIチームを技術面でリードする役割です。ハンズオンでの開発力と、GCPおよび生成AIの知見を活かし、ビジネス課題の解決に貢献いただきます。

職務内容
- GenAIソリューションのアーキテクチャ設計・開発・実装
- 4名規模のAIチームの技術リード（ピープルマネジメントなし）
- ビジネス部門・アーキテクトと連携し、ユースケースを推進
- GCP環境上でのAIソリューション構築・運用
- API／マイクロサービス開発および品質向上
- AIエージェント・自動化プロセスの設計・実装
- Offshoreチームとの連携によるプロジェクト推進
