Our client, a well-established international hotel brand, is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy at one of its key gateway properties in Japan. This senior leadership role offers the unique opportunity to manage a diverse commercial mix with cross-border demand, supported by a major global hotel group.

- 法人、MICE、旅行業界アカウントの管理
- ブランドマーケティング戦略の開発と実施
- ホテルの商業目標の達成
- 小規模から中規模の営業チームの指導および管理
- 国際的なホテルグループとの戦略的連携の調整
- 市場動向の分析による販売戦略の最適化
応募資格:
- ホテル業界での営業・マーケティングリーダーシップ経験
- ビジネスレベルの日本語（N2以上）と実務レベルの英語
- 法人、MICE、航空会社/旅行業界アカウントの管理経験
- マーケティングまたはブランド戦略の経験
- 商業目標の達成と小規模から中規模のチームをリードする能力
- 5年以上の営業・マーケティング経験
- 強力なステークホルダーマネジメントスキル
