Location : Maptaphut, Rayong

Working day : Mon – Fri 08.00-17.00
Benefit :
Total Salary Package: 30,000 – 40,000 THB/ month (negotiate depend on experience)

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistic & Supply Chain Management, engineering or related field.
At least 7 years experience in Management to handle Supply chain,import-export&logistics,material planning, Warehouse in Manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, shipping processes, and customs clearance procedures.
Experience managing and improving supply chain data, information and processes.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and develop a team.
Strong command of English communication, both written and spoken, to work effectively with international suppliers.
Job description
Prepare export documents, validate information, and coordinate with customers or relevant parties to ensure completeness of original documentation.
Review and verify shipping documents including B/Ls, AWBs, FTZ forms, and C/Os, and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
Ensure import and export declaration documents comply with all applicable requirements.
Monitor courier or shipping broker performance to ensure goods are delivered within the stipulated timeframe.
Follow up on the delivery of imported raw materials to ensure alignment with the planned schedule.
Control and coordinate transport companies to ensure operations are carried out according to the planned schedule.
Coordinate and liaise with shipping companies, shipping lines, and relevant departments to ensure goods are loaded according to the plan.
Prepare sales and transportation expense documents for approval, including coordinating with the Accounting and Finance departments to process payments.
