Job Description
日系自動車部品メーカーの企業にて、工場長候補の募集です。
プレス・板金加工を中心とした四輪車向け金属部品を量産しており、生産技術、品質管理、工場運営までを一貫して担う製造拠点を有しています。
高い品質基準と安定供給力を強みとし、完成車メーカーおよび一次サプライヤー向けに、現地工場のマネジメントを通じて事業基盤の強化を図っています。
プレス金型および検査治具の製作・修理に関する進捗確認および管理
新規受注品に関わる金型・製品の見積対応および量産立ち上げ支援
顧客との技術的な折衝（不良発生時の原因分析・対策説明、納期調整 等）
工場内で発生した不具合に対する再発防止策の検討および現場への技術指導
工場設備（新規導入・修理設計）の進捗確認および購入判断
製造現場全体を俯瞰した工場運営のサポートおよび管理業務
必須要件
自動車関連の製造業におけるプレス金型設計の実務経験
歓迎要件
海外（特にインドネシア）での就業経験
製造現場または工場におけるマネジメント経験
※語学力は不問（社内にサポート体制あり）
福利厚生給与：IDR 30,000,000～45,000,000（手取り）
賞与（THR）：1か月分
就労ビザ・渡航費：会社負担
