Description
- Manage incoming data files and monitor daily ETL batch processes
- Identify and respond to operational issues and ensure smooth data pipelines
- Maintain and improve data quality, consistency, and integrity
- Monitor system events and take timely action when necessary
- Perform data operations via data warehouse GUI tools (load monitoring, exception handling, master data management, user access administration)
- Support ongoing data-related projects, including documentation
- Review and modify SQL and Python code where needed
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment across systems and processes

Required Skills
- 5+ years of foundational IT experience (Windows environment)
- 3+ years of experience in data operations, database management, and SQL
- Practical experience with data warehousing; EDM/MDM tools are a plus
- Knowledge of financial services data (funds, accounts, portfolios) preferred
- Strong SQL and Excel skills; Python is an advantage
- Interest or exposure to generative AI technologies is a plus
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving ability
- Able to work independently while following structured processes
- Self-motivated, accountable, and detail-oriented
