同社は、マレーシアに新設された製造会社です。高精度プラスチック加工を手がけており、新規製造プロジェクトを支援するプロセス管理担当者を募集しています。本ポジションでは、生産活動を効率的に運営するため、人員計画、工数管理、進捗管理、コスト管理を中心にご担当いただきます。
業界：産業機械
勤務地：セパン、スランゴール（オンサイト／工場勤務）
入社時期：即日可能
- 社内の生産プロセスに基づき、人員配置および労働時間の計画・管理を行う
- 日次および週次の生産進捗をモニタリングし、生産計画に沿って実行されているかを確認する
- 人件費を含む製造コストの追跡および管理
- 逸脱、リスク、遅延を特定し、グループマネジメントへ迅速に報告する
- オペレーションやプロセスに関わる課題解決のため、グループマネジメントと密に連携する
- プロセス効率の向上およびコスト最適化に向けた継続的改善を支援する
- 産業工学、製造工学分野のディプロマまたは学士号
- プロセス管理、生産計画、オペレーション管理、またはコスト管理の実務経験
- 製造業、工業系、または生産現場でのバックグラウンドがあれば尚可
- 計画立案、調整、進捗管理に関する高いスキル
- 部門横断的なチームと協働し、課題を明確に報告できる能力
- 細部に注意を払える方で、体系的に考え、スピード感のある生産環境に対応できる方
