Job Description (Production Supervisor)
Supervise daily production activities for CNC and plastic components in new production line
Set up CNC machines (Brother) and support basic CNC programming adjustments
Monitor production output, quality, and ensure on-time delivery
Coordinate with engineering and foreign management team in English
Lead operators and technicians, ensure safety and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Experience in CNC machining and basic CNC programming
Able to set up CNC machines (Brother preferred)
Basic knowledge of SolidWorks and SolidCAM
Good command of spoken English
Experience in plastic or aerospace/precision parts manufacturing is a plus
