Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for handling customer claims and providing related services.
Responsible for supplier control and managing non-conforming products.
Control inspection processes and ensure proper calibration.
Manage in-process inspections, including incoming, injection, painting,
assembly, and outgoing processes.Ensure compliance with IATF16949 standards within the QA section.
Control internal and external non-conforming issues, as well as 4M changes.
Responsible for KPI management, improvement activities, and cost reduction
initiatives in the QA section.Evaluate color shade of painted parts and ensure color matching with customer requirements.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in a Engineer or related field
Experience in spray painting and injection molding
At least 5 years of experience in a supervisor position
Knowledge of ISO/IATF16949, documentation, and system-based work control
Strong understanding of basic computer systems
