Position: Production Engineer (Painting & Injection)
Job Summary
The Production Engineer is responsible for supporting and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring
production efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with company and automotive system
requirements. This position requires strong technical knowledge in painting, injection processes, and
related manufacturing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Control and improve production processes related to Painting and Injection molding.
• Analyze production problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare, control, and maintain production documentation according to ISO / IATF 16949
requirements.
• Support process development and continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure production targets, quality, and delivery schedules
are met.
• Prepare and support activities related to PPAP and APQP.
• Read, write, and revise 2D drawings (DWG) and 3D CAD data.
• Use 3D Illustrator and 3D CAD software to create, modify, and analyze part designs.
• Control and understand processes involving Chemical Paint and Stamp (Tempo).
• Support and monitor operations related to Laser Marking (if applicable).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in Painting process and Injection molding is required.
• Good understanding of basic computer systems and software applications.
• Knowledge of ISO / IATF 16949, documentation control, and quality system operations.
• Experience in Laser Marking process will be an advantage.
• Able to read, write, and modify DWG drawings.
• Proficient in 3D Illustrator and 3D CAD software for drawing, reading, and editing.
• Knowledge of Chemical paint and Stamp (Tempo) processes.
• Understanding of PPAP and APQP requirements.
