Position: ERP & Digital Transformation Lead
Location: Rayong

Role Overview:
Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Act as the key bridge between business, finance, operations, and technology
Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle ERP implementation (design, configuration, testing, go-live, support)
Own core ERP modules: Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Project Accounting
Design IFRS-compliant financial structures (CoA, multi-entity, revenue recognition)
Integrate ERP with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
Drive process optimization, automation, and cross-functional integration
Lead change management, user adoption, and training
Qualification:
5–10 years’ experience in ERP / IT systems
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (mandatory)
Strong understanding of finance and project-based business
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
EPC / Oil & Gas / Manufacturing background
IFRS-compliant ERP implementations
