Sustainability-ESG & CG Manager
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement annual strategic plans for ESG and Corporate Governance (CG) that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Create reports and presentations for the Board of Directors, executive teams, and external
stakeholders as needed.
• Effectively communicate ESG risk strategies and initiatives to both internal and external
audiences.
• Lead annual stakeholder engagement activities to ensure alignment with ESG and CG principles.
• Conduct evaluations and surveys to verify compliance with ESG and CG standards across the
organization.
• Establish action plans and set relevant ESG and CG goals.
• Review, update, and enhance ESG and CG policies to relect global trends and standards,
ensuring relevance to business operations.
• Collaborate with various departments to support and improve sustainability initiatives and
performance.
• Oversee sustainability assessments, reporting, and disclosures in accordance with recognized
standards.
• Manage ESG and CG data collection and analysis, and compile the annual Sustainability Report following applicable guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to complete assessments, certifications, and related
documentation.
• Collect and organize information for sustainability reports, presentations, and knowledge-sharing platforms for internal and external use.
• Lead diverse sustainability projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and
meet deined objectives.
• Promote sustainability awareness and provide guidance and support to all business units within the organization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sustainability, ESG, and corporate governance.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in implementing ESG and CG policies and processes.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Proficient in English and skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
