Our client, a rapidly growing company in Japan's tourism and experience industry, is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead new business ventures for international visitors. This role offers the unique opportunity to create and expand new tourism experiences from the ground up, working directly with company leadership. The position offers a competitive salary of ¥600,000–¥1,000,000 per month, along with benefits such as social insurance, transportation expenses, and housing support.



主な業務内容
 

• 新規観光事業の立ち上げと拡大をリード
• ビジネスモデルと市場参入戦略の策定
• 市場調査と競合分析の実施
• 部門横断型チームの構築と管理
• 新規事業の運営フレームワークの確立
• ビジネスユニットのKPIと財務パフォーマンスの管理
• チームメンバーの採用、育成、教育
• 経営層と直接協力し戦略的イニシアチブを推進
• 外部パートナーとのビジネス協力交渉
• 新しい観光体験の収益モデルの設計

応募資格
 

• 日本語が流暢で、ビジネスレベルの英語力
• ビジネス開発やプロジェクト管理の経験
• 観光、ホスピタリティ、体験型ビジネスでの経験があれば尚可
• スタートアップでの経験があれば尚可
• P&L管理の経験があれば尚可
• 5年以上のビジネス開発または関連分野での経験
• 強力なリーダーシップとチームマネジメント能力
• 市場調査と競合分析を行う能力
• 戦略的プランニングと実行経験
