本ポジションは、空港オペレーションに近い環境で人事戦略と現場サポートを両立するHRアシスタントManagerです。グローバル基準と日本の現場の橋渡し役として、組織運営に幅広く関与いただきます。

職務内容
- 採用、労務、評価など人事業務全般の運営
- 現場マネージャーとの連携による組織課題の解決
- 従業員エンゲージメント向上施策の企画・実行
- グローバル基準に基づくHRポリシーの導入・運用
- 労務コンプライアンスの維持・改善
