Our client, a luxury hotel in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager for their landmark location directly connected to a major Shinkansen station in the Kansai region. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse range of dining experiences across 7 restaurants and bars, as well as oversee large-scale events in a venue with a ballroom capacity for 2,000 guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of 7 restaurants and bars
- Manage large-scale banquet operations for up to 2,000 guests
- Ensure high-quality service in luxury hotel F&B operations
- Coordinate with chefs on menu planning for diverse cuisines
- Optimize F&B revenue through strategic planning and promotions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in F&B management
- Experience in luxury hotel F&B operations
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Knowledge of Japanese, Italian, and Chinese cuisines
- Experience with large-scale banquet operations
