PR/123894 | After Sales Service Engineer (Japanese Speaker)

Job Description:
Support sister company (Izumi Food Machinery Co Ltd.) to promote & sell machines mainly in food & beverages field spare parts, visit customer periodically to check machine condition, do maintenance services including troubleshooting, overhaul, and maintain relationship with customers in Indonesia and other countries including Southeast Asia, and provide support to other departments or business activities within the company when required, etc.

Job Requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese (Min. JLPT N3 (N2 preferred)) to communicate comfortably with Japanese engineers/customers without interpreter 
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) for communication with regional customers (Southeast Asia) 
- Strong motivation to work as both Sales Engineer and After-Sales Service Engineer 
- Comfortable in handling customer communication, complaints, and technical explanations 
- Capable of building long-term relationships with customers in Indonesia and Southeast Asia
- Strong interest in machinery, especially in maintenance, troubleshooting, and hands-on work
- Willing to learn from zero about food processing machinery (including training in Japan if required) 
- Background in mechanical/electrical engineering OR experience in machine maintenance is highly preferred
