Job Description
シンガポールにある日本人学校の学食事業にて責任者（PM）として参画いただくポジションです。メニュー開発からオペレーション設計、スタッフ採用・マネジメントまで幅広く担っていただきます。日本人高校生を支える社会的意義の高い事業であり、事業立ち上げ経験を積める貴重な機会です。
職務内容
・学食のメニュー開発および品質管理
・生徒からの注文取りまとめおよび提供オペレーションの構築
・学校との折衝・対応（衛生管理・食中毒対応含む）
・スタッフの採用・育成・マネジメント
・学食運営に関わるアドミン業務全般
応募要件
・日本語ネイティブレベル
・日常会話レベル以上の英語力（現地スタッフとのコミュニケーションのため）
・以下いずれかの経験をお持ちの方歓迎：
- 学食・社食などの集団給食経験
- シェフとしての実務経験
- ケータリング、セントラルキッチン、介護施設・病院食などの経験
・基本的なPCスキル（アドミン業務対応のため）
福利厚生
・給与：SGD72,000~120,000
・医療保険等
勤務時間：週48時間
・勤務開始：6:00（寮生の朝食対応のため）
・終了：19:00頃（途中休憩あり）
・土曜日：午前のみ勤務
