神経領域におけるメディカル戦略全体を統括し、製品ライフサイクル後期やエビデンス創出活動（医師主導研究・Phase IVなど）を推進するポジションです。国内外チームと連携しながら、今後拡大が見込まれるパイプライン領域においてメディカル組織の立ち上げ・強化を担います。

Description
- 神経領域におけるメディカル戦略の策定・実行および進捗管理
- クロスファンクショナル連携による製品戦略（医療・研究・KOL活動）の推進
- MSLチームおよびマネージャーの育成・パフォーマンス管理
- アドバイザリーボード、医師主導研究、論文計画等の統括
- グローバル・リージョンチームとの連携による戦略整合と情報共有
