Job Description
Responsible for overseeing engineering and maintenance functions, with a primary focus on team management and
ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires strong leadership to manage a team with diverse experience
levels and drive overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily engineering and maintenance operations.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the engineering team.
• Handle team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and ensure collaboration.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Ensure machines and operations run smoothly with minimal downtime.
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Management and other
• 5 years up for position production manager/engineering manager in factory.
• Experienced Machines maintenance, Preventive system, TPM, cost reduction and skill of computer Microsoft
office Level good.
• Experience managing teams.
Key Skills
• Strong people management and leadership.
• Able to manage different types of team members.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
