Job Description
既存の生産管理システム（VBベース）の運用・改善を担い、バッチ障害の低減と安定稼働を推進します。Scrumチームのリーダーとして、タスク調整や関係者連携を行い、継続的な改善サイクルを牽引します。

職務内容
- 生産管理システムの運用・管理（バッチ運用の統制含む）
- 障害調査・復旧対応、再発防止策の立案・実行
- AWS環境（AP/DB）の状況把握および関連部署との調整
- 日次の日本語報告、各種ドキュメント作成
- Scrumチームのリード（タスク優先順位付け、スプリント運営、関係者調整）

Required Skills
- 日本語での円滑なコミュニケーション（口頭・文書、日次報告が可能）
- 生産管理領域の業務経験
- システム運用・保守（バッチ処理含む）における実務経験（SEレベル）
- 下記いずれか/複数の技術経験：C、VB系、Java、Oracle
- チームリードまたはそれに準ずる調整・推進経験（Scrum歓迎）
- クラウド（AWS）環境での運用知見があれば尚可
