本ポジションは、弊社のマーケティングとして、プロダクトチームと主体的に連携しながら航空会社の運航最適化を行うSaaSプロダクトのマーケティング・広報を進めて頂くポジションとなっております。将来的にはご意向とチームのニーズをすり合わせながら、責任範囲の拡大などを通じてキャリアを積んで頂く想定です。現状マーケティングの戦略立案はあるものの、それが適切なのかをゼロベースで検証して、戦略を立て直していただける方を求めています。現状の商圏は主にアジア圏・中東圏です。
航空会社向けSaaSプロダクトのグローバルマーケティングを戦略立案から実行まで一貫してリード頂きます
・年間・四半期ごとのマーケティング戦略の立案
・マーケティングKPIの管理とレポーティング
・販促予算の策定＆管理
・リード獲得を目的としたプロモーション戦術の設計～実行
・コンテンツ企画～制作ディレクション～改善
・市場・顧客分析（定量・定性）からのインサイト発掘

・マーケティング戦略の立案から実行までの一連のご経験
・英語力（社内で多国籍のメンバーとコミュニケーションできるレベル）
・日本語が非ネイティブの場合、日本語能力検定Ｎ２以上
