職務内容
■Payroll・HRオペレーション
- 給与計算および税務関連業務（インハウスシステム使用）
- 給与データの正確性・コンプライアンスの担保
- 報酬関連プロセスのサポート
■組織・人事体制の強化
- 人事チーム内でのローテーション参加（将来的に業務領域拡張）
- 急成長組織におけるHR体制構築のサポート
- ビジネスニーズに応じた柔軟な業務対応
