Job Description
本ポジションは、生産関連データを正確に管理・入力することで工場オペレーションを支え、生産、購買、倉庫、経理各チームと連携しながら、日々の業務が円滑に進むようサポートします。
社内システムにおける新商品の登録・導入に関するサポート
外部委託先で製造された製品の原材料使用状況の管理・トラッキング
生産、保全、倉庫部門に関連する請求書処理のサポート
生産データおよび販売・購買オーダー情報の収集、確認、システム入力
購買・在庫管理業務のサポート
（発注業務の調整、書類確認、入荷状況の管理、在庫レベルの確認、月次在庫照合など）各種データ入力、数値照合、その他付随する事務業務全般
大学卒業またはそれに準ずる実務経験
Microsoft Word、Excel、Outlook の基本操作
データを扱う業務に抵抗がなく、新しいシステムを学ぶ意欲のある方
（ERP使用経験があれば尚可、必須ではありません）正確性を重視した業務に前向きに取り組める方
チーム環境の中で、複数業務を並行して進められる方
必要に応じて週末勤務に対応可能な方
英語・日本語のバイリンガルの方歓迎（必須ではありません）
基本給 USD48,000 - 52,000 (DOE)
