Responsibilities
Lead onsite setup, configuration, and integration of autonomous robotic platforms within customer manufacturing environments to support successful deployment and scaling.
Provide technical guidance and training to customer teams, enabling effective operation and long-term adoption of the technology.
Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, perform repairs, and establish preventative and predictive maintenance approaches to ensure system reliability.
Collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal teams to manage project progress and maintain high satisfaction throughout implementation.
Document system performance, technical issues, and deployment outcomes, and communicate insights to engineering teams for continuous improvement.
Serve as a key technical representative, supporting the transition from initial proof-of-concept phases to full commercial integration.
Qualifications
At least 7 years of hands-on experience in field engineering, robotics, or industrial automation.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, robotics engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex electromechanical systems, including use of diagnostic tools.
Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior engineers in dynamic environments.
Clear communication and technical documentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.
Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites, occasional international travel.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance in industrial environments.
Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes or factory optimization is an advantage.
Experience with CAD tools, Microsoft Office, and robotics-related software is preferred.
Exposure to international business environments, trade shows or multilingual abilities is a plus.

Midwest, U.S. (Remote) *travel frequently to customer sites (up to 50%+)
